🤙 We are Samuele, Michael, and Erik. From the start, we connected through endless conversations about work, learning, and how people and teams actually grow.
Despite our different paths, we shared a restless curiosity: why do traditional ways of working and thinking often feel out of sync with the world we live in today?
⚡️ Our programs grew naturally from these insights: not from theory alone, but from years of asking questions, trying things out, and helping each other — and others — navigate complexity with more clarity and intention.
Decentral Shift is simply the name we gave to a journey we’re still on.

Our Organizing System is not up to date.
Our Organizing System (OS) — the invisible structure of beliefs, behaviors, and incentives that guide how we work and learn — is no longer fit for today’s realities.
The current OS in most organizations is still rooted in the logic of the industrial age: optimize for efficiency, control complexity, minimize risk. But the challenges we face today are different — faster and dynamic, more interconnected, more human-centered.
Attention has become the scarcest resource.
Learning and adapting have become core survival skills.
Innovation demands collaboration, not hierarchy.
We believe organizations need a new OS — one that reflects the complexity, values, and technologies of our time.
One that starts with individual mastery, grows through collective intelligence, and culminates in solutions that genuinely serve the world outside.

Times have changed... drastically.
Before the mass adoption of the internet, information lived in centralized hubs — libraries, universities, institutions. Access to knowledge was a privilege, often limited by physical, social, or economic barriers.
Today, access is no longer the problem.
Information flows freely, instantly, and abundantly. The real challenge is no longer finding knowledge — it’s making sense of it, applying it, and turning it into action.
Individuals and organizations alike face a different kind of limitation: overload, distraction, and fragmented attention.
In this new reality, success is not determined by how much information you have, but by how quickly and wisely you can absorb, integrate, and act on it.

Zukunftsinstitut
We supported the transition of the organization towards an agile network organization. We facilitated the transition to a collective way of working, the homogenous usage of project management applications, and enabled employees with the corresponding skills to further work on the process.
